After going to the movies with her best friend, a woman gets into her car and drives home – until a detour leads her off course. She misses one exit after another, drifting farther and farther away from her home, where her husband is waiting for her. After an entire night and the following day, it becomes clear: perhaps it would be better if she never returned to him. For as eerie as the darkness of the country roads and gas stations may be, the true danger awaits her there.
