Marie Kaiser studied cultural studies and media studies in Weimar and Lyon before joining the team at radioeins. She hosts »Literaturagenten« on radioeins and radio3 and regularly talks to authors such as Ian McEwan, Zadie Smith, Yasmina Reza and Ocean Vuong at »Schöne Lesung«, held in the rbb’s Great Broadcasting Hall.

In her radioeins column »art aber fair«, she explores the connections between art and our everyday lives and explains why art can be fascinating even for people who rarely visit exhibitions. She also appears as an art presenter on »radio3 Atelier Talk«, where art and science come together on radio and rbb television. In recognition of her work, she was awarded the ARD Kurt Magnus Prize.
