The Blue Sofa is back at the Frankfurt Book Fair. After opening the OPEN BOOKS reading festival as its only Frankfurt appearance in recent years, it will return to the heart of the Book Fair in 2026. On Friday and Saturday, the long-established literary format will take place on the Discovery Stage in Hall 5.0 – a central meeting point for visitors, bringing it right up close to readers, authors and the publishing industry.
The Blue Sofa brings together exciting literary voices and new books for personal conversations, unexpected perspectives and discussions of the topics shaping the literary year.
The conversations will be hosted by Anouk Schollähn.
