The ballroom of Leipzig’s Kaiserbad celebrates its debut as a Blue Sofa venue during the Leipzig Book Fair 2024. On Saturday, March 23, authors Nora Krug („Im Krieg”, Penguin – „Diaries of War”), Mario Giordano („Die Frauen der Familie Carbonaro”, Goldmann – The Women of the Carbonaro Family), Elias Hirschl („Content”, Zsolnay) and Alina Herbing („Tiere, vor denen man Angst haben muss”, Arche – Animals To Be Afraid Of) will present their latest books on the Blue Sofa. Thomas Böhm (rbb) and Miriam Zeh (Deutschlandfunk) will moderate the event. The event is being held as part of the Leipzig liest reading festival.
