author

Volker Klüpfel

Volker Klüpfel was born in 1971 in Altusried. He studied political science and history in Bamberg. After working as a journalist for some time in the USA and Germany, most recently as a feature editor, he realized that he was more interested in freelance writing. He prefers to spend his free time with his family - on vacation trips or in the Allgäu region. Together with Michael Kobr, he has won an audience of millions with the cult series about Inspector Kluftinger, which has been made into several films, and other novels. “Wenn Ende gut, dann alles” is the great start to his first solo crime series about the genious Ukrainian cleaning lady Svetlana and the perhaps someday successful writer Tommi Mann.

The amazing Svetlana loves Russian literature and detective stories. Her wisdom is as legendary as her grammar. Tommi, a lovable slob in his early 30s, is working hard on his breakthrough as a bestselling author. Most of the time, anyway. Due to a temporary financial slump, he lives in his father's old motorhome. He has left him the Hymer B550 together with his Ukrainian cleaning lady Svetlana. When Tommi and Svetlana pick up a little girl at the edge of the forest one evening, they have no idea that their unconventional and sometimes foolhardy search for her mother will put them on the trail of a terrible crime. And puts them in great danger themselves.
